Today we watched our local hockey team and it was bring your dog for a pooch party. All proceeds went to help the Humane Society and since that is were we got Butterscotch we had to go and support. At first they were a little overwelmed but they came around. We even met some girlfriends for the boys.

Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Last night we had a winter wonderland of snowing in Charlotte. I think that this is probably the third time I have ever seen it like this. Butterscotch and Quigley just love eating all the snow. Two weeks ago we had an ice storm and they got to ice skate everywhere. This time there is alot of snow to run around in. Can't wait to light the fire and stay in all weekend. So let it snow!!!!!!

Puppy Love
On Saturday we went to our local pet store Canine Cafe and they were offering Valentine Puppy Love Photos. I went to support our local Great Dane Rescue of Charlotte. Butterscotch went right to the props and started posing. It took myself and two other girls to hold Quigley down. I can't understand for the life of me why he hates to have is picture taken. Thank goodness they turned out great!!!!

Happy New Year 2010!
I hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!! Butterscotch of course was willing to pose for a photo but Quigley ran away. Matt is away attending his friend CJs wedding so it's just me and the boys this new years eve. We are just sitting around watching tv waiting for the ball to drop. I have always loved New Years. I think what I love about it is that everyone gets another chance to start new and try it again. So with that said my family will be making alot of changes this year. Keep checking back to see all we do.

I think Quigley would have stayed if I had allowed it. The boys were so funny on Xmas morning the were into everything. Quigley kept checking out what other people got. Butterscotch was so happy to get a rawhide we forgot he was there. The car ride home was long but the boys slept the whole way. I hope everyone had a great Xmas I know we did!!!

Meeting Santa and Seeing Double

Today we had the chance to go meet Santa at our local Petsmart. Of course Butterscotch jumped right in Santa's lap Quigley did fine until he noticed that someone was going to take his picture. I think Santa had a death grip on him to stay still. Welcome to my world Santa. Also I have just recently discovered Webkinz they are the modern day Beanie Babies. When I was looking at there website I found that they had two that looked exactly like my dogs. Tell me what you think

It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Xmas!

Well today we decided to get in the Christmas spirit and decorate. I love this time of year!! This being Quigleys first Christmas with us we decided to get a real Christmas tree. In my whole 30 years of life I have never had a real Christmas tree well if you count the bushes my dad use to bring in then no. I love the smell of the tree. Check out the photos and see what you think.

Beware of Sea Creatures!!!

On Saturday we decided to get ready for Halloween. We went to the local farmer's market and purchased mums and pumpkins. I couldn't have thought of a better time to try on the halloween costumes than that day. Of course Butterscotch was posing for the camera but Quigley wanted no part in it. I just love their costumes and if you are wondering Butterscotch is a lobster and Quigley is a shark. Happy Halloween and Fall to you all!!!!
